YOUR ROLE

Keep the team's operational engine running smoothly - handling the data, admin and production tasks that underpin every campaign and project, while developing a solid grounding in regional Total Rewards practice. The scope is Europe.

WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO

* Operational support for salary & bonus campaigns (data checks, controls, reporting)

* Update TR databases and reference repositories

* Prepare communication materials and presentations

* Project logistics and follow-up coordination

* Ad hoc research and benchmarks on request

* Admin tasks: vendor onboarding, contract tracking

* Pre-campaign data verification (scope, eligibility)

* HRBP follow-ups and submission tracking

* Post-campaign results consolidation

* Produce and update dashboards

ABOUT YOU

* Pursuing Master's in HR, Management or equivalent

* First HR or Finance experience (internship accepted)

* Excel, PowerPoint; curiosity for HRIS tools

* Fluent English mandatory

* Reliability: what is committed is delivered, intellectual curiosity & genuine interest in TR, adaptability across topics without losing quality, discretion and strong confidentiality awareness
