We are looking for a highly motivated MIS Apprentice to support the AML Compliance function through data-driven reporting, analytics, and dashboarding. This role offers an opportunity to work on critical compliance reporting, enabling insights that drive business decisions

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Graduate/Postgraduate (preferred from Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields)
* Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
(Pivot Tables, complex formulas, data analysis techniques)
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful insights
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Exposure to Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
* Understanding of AML Compliance / Risk / Financial Services domain
* Experience with dashboard creation and data visualization
* Strong stakeholder management skills (good to have)
* Ability to drive discussions and present insights confidently.

Preferred Qualifications
* Exposure to Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
* Understanding of AML Compliance / Risk / Financial Services domain
* Experience with dashboard creation and data visualization
* Strong stakeholder management skills (good to have)
* Ability to drive discussions and present insights confidently
