Your mission:

An apprenticeship opportunity titled : "Industrialisation Engineer" has just opened at Airbus India located in Bengaluru. You will join the "Industrialisation" department in charge of Manufacturing Engineering Activities.

Ideally, this is a 12-month program and it should start in July/2026 (date subject to flexibility).

This position requires a security clearance or requires to be eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Your main missions will consist of ( either of one below ):

* You will be responsible for creating 3D Digital Mock-Ups of plants and prepare related methodology documentation and best practices to assist the Industrial teams from conceptual design through the finished industrial system. Additionally, assist in defining, developing and deploying these Industrial systems and digital twin capabilities

* You will be responsible to deliver manufacturing engineering activities to support industrialisation of aerostructures at Suppliers in India.

* You will be developing a data product to assist MEs in mapping raw supplier data to standard OPC UA information models. Validating the data product and providing an interface to access the data for users.

* You will work independently on the digital manufacturing tools and techniques on 3DExperience, for activities such as: Producing Routing , As-Prepared BoM, ISOI & Updating Work Order, Build Process and M-BOM definition. Preparing Work Instructions.

* You will be programming robotic systems and troubleshooting. Support Virtual commissioning activity across different Airbus Plants. Documenting robotic application development or changes.

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills

This apprenticeship will allow you to develop the following skills:

● Industrial data acquisition and management
● Aerospace Supplier management
● Industrial Automation
● Digital Shop floor management

Eligibility Criteria:
* You are a Fresh Graduate (Technical Under Graduate or Post Graduate) in Mechanical/ Aerospace/ Industrial Engineering / Computer Science / Electronics / Chemical
* Zero Work Experience: This program is exclusively for candidates with no prior full-time professional work experience. (Internships and academic projects are excluded from this and are welcome).
* Commitment: Ability to commit to the full 12-month duration of the apprenticeship.

You possess the following competences:

- Technical skills :
- Good understanding of Engineering Fundamentals ( Mechanical / Industrial / Computer Science ).
- Basic Knowledge of industrialization principles.
- Basic Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing Principles
- Basic Engineering drawing reading skills
- Basic Knowledge of programming in C /C++ / Java / OOPS concepts.
- Basic Knowledge of data acquisition and management.

- Soft Skills :
- Structured Communication and presentation skills.
- Able work in collaborative environment
- Proactive learning
- Result oriented

- Language skills :
- English : fluent
