Your Role: As a GoGlobal Trainee (all genders) in the Electronics' CEO Office you will gain hands-on exposure to the strategic nerve center of a leading global technology company. Working closely with the Chief of Staff to the CEO Electronics, you will support a wide range of operational and strategic activities.
You will be exposed to top-level decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and sector-wide strategic priorities. It is an exceptional launchpad for ambitious talents who are eager to learn fast, think critically, and make an impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Chief of Staff in preparing executive presentations, briefing documents, and strategic content for internal and external engagements of the CEO Electronics
* Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to feed into sector-wide strategic initiatives, helping to surface insights that inform key decisions
* Support the preparation and follow-up of high-level internal and external engagements, ensuring the CEO's agenda is well-prepared and relevant materials are in place
* Help monitor and track the progress of must-win battles and strategic priorities, flagging risks or delays to the Chief of Staff
* Assist in fostering collaboration across the Electronics sector and with cross-sector and cross-functional teams, serving as an active team member in a complex matrix organization
* Selectively support key strategic initiatives as project team member, aligning efforts with strategic goals and measurable outcomes
Start of the Program: September 2026 (alternative start in October 2026 may be considered)
Who You Are:
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field with Electronics, Science, or Strategy background
* A genuine interest in the technology and electronics industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders
* Sharp analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise outputs
* High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data analysis is an advantage
* A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under tight deadlines
* A globally minded perspective and openness to working across different cultures, time zones, and functions
* Discretion, professionalism, and a strong sense of confidentiality
* Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus

Recruiting Timeline:
The one-day Online Assessment with panel interviews is planned for the second half of July - first week of August (for the alternative start - Assessment in August September).
