What you will do
As a Junior Full-Stack Engineer with an AI-native mindset, you will turn high-level product concepts into working prototypes that demonstrate real user value. You'll actively leverage modern AI tooling to maximize speed, insight, and quality in the prototyping process.

What you will bring

* We are looking for someone with:

* 1+ years of professional software engineering experience

* Demonstrated full-stack capability (you're comfortable building an API layer,
wiring data storage and creating usable React frontends).

* Ability to prototype and iterate based on user/stakeholder feedback; you understand the difference between quick experiments and more production-ready solutions.

* Hands-on experience using agentic engineering tools in the development workflow (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) as well as context engineering.

* Strong collaboration and communication skills in English: you communicate
trade-offs clearly, raise risks when you spot them, and share insights with non-
engineers. (German is a plus, not required).

* Willingness and ability to share code and AI-assisted workflows from past projects during the interview process.

* Portfolio evidence: GitHub or equivalent repos showing code you've written (language mix welcome), prototypes, or demo videos. Please include links.

What you should bring

* The following experience would be a plus:

* Interest or background in Business Process Management, Process Mining, or
related fields.

* Entrepreneurial mindset or experience working in startup environments.

* Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams
