How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Are you keen to kick start and develop your career in HR?
As an HR generalist part of the Global HR team, you will work with other international teams across the Globe, tackling diverse HR topics through different projects across the following subjects:
* be a part and driver for Talent Management in an international context
* drive HR Talent development in alignment with center HR Directors worldwide
* take ownership within HR Projects relating to Inclusion & Diversity and Quality of Life at Work to foster employee experience - ensure local implementation of these initiatives
* drive the fresh graduates program (ALLEX) for E&C to attract top talents and provide them with an interesting onboarding journey
* coordinate implementation of yearly employee engagement survey for global E&C
* coordinate E&C Staffing Plan set-up and progress, with associated reports
* Support ad hoc HR initiatives, reporting & projects to be deployed within E&C
* Lead or be part of thematic studies related to HR/Talent Management

Are you a match?

Education:
* Master, or MBA degree
* Specialization in Human Resources preferred

Soft and Hard Skills:
* Highly conversant with spreadsheets, Google slides and Google Docs.
* Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
* Excellent oral/written communications skills in English
* Adaptive to changing environment
* Autonomous and eager to learn

60439 Frankfurt am Main). It is one of the main technology and engineering centers and has interaction with all the other engineering and manufacturing centers.

The Global HR team at E&C is responsible for transversal HR topics that impact the Global E&C and business at large. The Global HR team interfaces closely with the global leadership team as well as the local HR organizations in implementing key priorities such as HR Strategy, Talent Management, HR Data, Resourcing, Compensation.

The Global HR and CoE team members are based across the globe: Krakow, Hangzhou, Frankfurt and Paris. The VIE assignment is based in Frankfurt. For Talent Management (TM) & Employee Experience (EX) you will be part of the Center of Excellence (CoE) TM & EX, working with an inclusive, internationally distributed team of Regional Talent Managers.
