About the programme

Our One Commercial graduate programme is global in nature - wherever you're based, you'll benefit from the same outstanding training, development, and support. This is a wonderful chance to start learning and growing with us as you work on some exciting and challenging projects. In sales, there are opportunities to explore new channels for business decisions where you could gain broad exposure to a variety of sales verticals for delivering the right products and services to our customers. In marketing, you're required to support brand and campaign execution, conducts market research, assists in digital and trade marketing activities, analyze performance data, and collaborates with cross-functional teams.

It is a 3-year programme, and the rotational structure of our program provides you with choice which means you'll be challenged in many ways - all of which will build your confidence, expertise, and experience at pace, giving you the flexibility to eventually take your career in the direction that suits you best.

As a 'One Commercial' graduate you…  

* Have a customer centric mindset; you can put yourself in the shoes of the customer when building offer development and loyalty strategies

* A degree in any business-related field is preferred.

About you ​

You'll have strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver results in a collaborative environment. You'll be comfortable making courageous and bold decisions, have digital fluency, a keen eye for analytics and the insights they provide.

As a bp graduate, you will have an interest and/or skill in delivering economic value back to a business, identifying solutions and strategies resulting in cost savings and a natural negotiation style. To be eligible for the One Commercial Graduate programme you:

* Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline which could range from Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Arts to STEM

* Graduated/completed your enrolled course by December 2026 for a January 2027 programme start

* Australian citizen or Australian Permanent Resident at time of application
