What topics can you expect?

* Play a key role in the ramp-up of electric drive systems, ensuring a stable, capable, and scalable production setup.

* Coordinate cross-functional ramp-up activities across production, quality, engineering, and suppliers.

* Monitor and manage maturity levels, risks, and timelines throughout industrialization and start of series production.

* Drive the implementation and validation of processes, methods, and standards from day one.

* Identify deviations early, initiate corrective actions, and ensure a robust series ramp-up.

* Collaborate with international plants and departments in a global production network.

What is your professional background?

* An above-average degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Management, Operations Management, or a comparable field.

* At least six months of relevant practical experience in a production- or industrial-related environment.

* A maximum of two to three years professional work experience.

* At least four months of international experience (studying, working, or travelling abroad).

What are your personal skills?

* You are fluent in German and English.

* You are highly motivated to take ownership and actively drive topics forward.

* You enjoy working on challenging projects and collaborating across functions.

* You are open to different cultures, perspectives, and ways of thinking.

* You apply a creative, solution-oriented mindset with strong out-of-the-box thinking.
