About the graduate internship program:
You finally got that degree in the bag and are ready to gain some professional experience?
You are passionate about the beauty industry, and you would love to work for the Estée Lauder Companies, but there are no graduate jobs open?
Then, a graduate internship might just be what you are looking for!
This is a unique chance to build up a first paid* professional experience in a sector you want to know more about while being taught on the job by industry professionals.

About the role:
You are not sure what direction you want to take and are curious about different departments?
We offer graduate internships in different fields!
You can complete a graduate internship within:
* Brand Marketing
* Digital Marketing
* PR and Owned Earned Media
* PR and Corporate Communications
* Education
* Retail Management
* Human Resources
During the interview, we will listen to what is it you want to learn and explore and see together which internship suits you best.

Qualifications

* Graduate status - you are no longer a student anymore; you are looking for your first professional experience.
* You are available for a 6-months period
* Fluency in English and Dutch or French is required
* You hold a work permit for Belgium
