Overview

Reporting to the brand manager, the objective of this role is to support in the day to day management of the brand in a wide set of tasks that go from taking Pepsi image to the POS, to supporting media campaigns and activations, keeping other departments aligned and managing the relationship with several agencies.
Responsibilities

* Support in the preparation/design of point-of-sale materials and packaging.
* Keep tracking of key business indicators (Nielsen, Kantar Worldpanel, internal sales reports and consumer reports): sales tracking, marketing information, scorecard, consumer research, etc).
* Support in managing activations, media campaigns, and the brand's digital channels.
* Co-ordinate internal and external contributors to projects under responsibility with autonomy and required system alignment, to ensure that the projects occur and in the established timings. (Legal, Corporate, Trade Marketing, Consumer Insights, Finance, etc).
* Budget Control: control and manage budget for projects under responsibility, evaluating the assigned budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
* Operating in a very dynamic context, new projects and tasks will constantly appear. High flexibility and proactivity to take in new projects is needed in this role
Qualifications

* Full-time availability for 12 months.
* 6-12 months previous experience in marketing / trade marketing. FMCG experience is highly valued.
* Student in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Business Studies, Marketing, or a related Master's/Postgraduate degree.
* Good analytical skills with a high inclination to execution & make things happen.
* Good sensitivity on Gen Z mindset, preferences and attitude towards life (and soft drinks).
* Proactivity, "can do" attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and the drive to go further and propose new actions.
* Advanced level (written and spoken) in English and Spanish.
* Proficiency in Power Point, Excel.
* Good balance between creativity and analysis.
* Good Presentation and communication skills.
* Eagerness to learn and enjoys working in a team.
* Immediate start.
