Your assignment:
* Change Strategy Development: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage with key stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in, address concerns, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
* Communication: Develop and execute communication plans to keep employees informed about changes, their impacts, and the benefits they will bring.
* Training plan and arrangement: Coordinate training sessions and workshops to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to new processes, technologies, or ways of working.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
* Measurement and Evaluation: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
* Support on Program management: Stakeholder list maintenance, action tracker follow up, event organizing
* Documentation: Maintain relevant program documentation in central folders to ensure transparency and accountability.
You're the right fit if:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Organizational development or a related field is required; relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, Change Management Certification) can be beneficial.
* Max 1 years of work experience straight after your graduation
* Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to manage change initiatives effectively.
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Good interpersonal skills; analytical thinking, problem-solving skills
As a GDP trainee you will receive a 2.5 years, full time employment contract with excellent labour conditions.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Recruitment process

* After screening your application you will be invited to perform a gamified test and video interview.
* In case you are selected, you will be invited for a short interview with the Early Career Talent Partner.
* The final candidates will be invited for interviews with the hiring manager, which will take place in week 25.
* In the same week, we will inform you about the outcome.
* Start date is September 1st 2026.
