Graduate Trainee - ORM

We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented ORM trainees/executives to monitor, analyse, and respond to digital conversations across platforms.

The role includes preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and PowerPoint with clear insights and visual summaries.

The candidate will also review and interpret Punjabi-language conversations using Punjabi & Gurmukhi script with high accuracy.

This position supports the ORM team in identifying sentiment, trends, and actionable insights to strengthen brand reputation.

Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
* Proactive support role for team: most specifically executive and manager
* Responds to simple client requests e.g. planning data
* Uses Cascading Style Sheets and other research tools to pull data and insights as requested by the team. Provides supporting work for planning processes
* Collates data for competitor reports, media industry trends, live research
