Core Responsibilities
As an ELDP participant, you will:
* Execute assigned tasks and projects aligned with the objectives of each program rotation.
* Deliver high-quality work on schedule, within budget, and with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Demonstrate solid understanding and application of engineering principles within a business environment.
* Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to real engineering challenges.
* Recommend new analytical approaches, methodologies, or improvements within your area of responsibility.
* Complete all required program trainings.
* Actively participate in Xylem Watermark community engagement activities.
Qualifications
We are looking for driven individuals who demonstrate both technical capability and leadership potential.
Required:
* Bachelor´s degree in one of the following fields:
Electrical Engineering, Electronics/Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, Power Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Software Engineering, Firmware Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.
* Minimum 3.2/4.0 GPA overall.
* Strong commitment to a technology-focused career and genuine passion for engineering.
* Demonstrated analytical and critical-thinking capabilities.
* Proven ability to lead and work effectively in team environments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Prior internship, co-op, or research experience is required.
* Extra academic experience is preferred.
