このポジションの魅力

　リシュモングループのリージョナルファンクション（コーポレート部門）スタッフとして活躍していただきます。

リージョナルファンクションは、クライアントリレーションズセンター、ファイナンス、ヒューマンリソーシズ（人事）、インフォメーションテクノロジー（IT）、リアルエステイト（不動産）、リーガル＆コンプライアンス（法務）、カスタマーサービス、ロジスティクス（物流）、セキュリティー、プロジェクトオフィスより構成されており、リシュモングループの18メゾンの成長をバックオフィスからサポートする仕事です。

適性を踏まえ、26卒はヒューマンリソーシズ（人事）、カスタマーサービス、ロジスティクス（物流）いずれかの部門へ配属を予定しております。

職務内容

　入社後2年間は、マネジメントトレーニーとしてのジョブローテーションプログラムを用意しています。その間でラグジュアリービジネスおよびリージョナルファンクションの理解を深めていただきます。

入社1年目：リシュモングループのメゾンの店舗にて勤務。店舗でのOJT、販売・オペレーション経験を通じ、ラグジュアリービジネスの根幹を理解する。

入社2年目以降：リージョナルファンクションいずれかの部門にて勤務。リージョナルファンクションへの幅広い理解だけでなくご自身の興味・適性の理解も深め、長期的にリシュモンでご活躍いただける土台を形成していく。

求められるプロフィール:

* 2026年4月に入社可能な大学生・大学院生

* TOEICスコアが800点以上または、同等の英語力

* ネイティブレベルの日本語力(日本語が第一言語でない場合は日本語能力試験N1以上)

* 日本での就労が可能

26卒　Richemont Japan New Grads Program

Richemont Japan is looking for talented graduates to join our head quarter in Japan as a specialist in our supporting function.

START DATE: April 2026

LOCATION: Richemont Japan HQ: Tokyo, Japan

At our supporting function, you will be a key player to supporting our maisons as either HR, Customer Service or Logistics specialist to strategically guide our company's growth and prevent possible risks as an expert.

Our new graduate program here at Richemont Japan HQ provide job rotation system where we allow young talents to experience different fields and use their wide experiences to foster into potential future expert. In your first year, you will learn the heart of retail by gaining experience in one of our selective boutiques which will become an asset to you as a future retail HR/Customer Service/Logistics expert.

Requirements:

-Undergraduate/Graduate students graduating by March 2026
