What you'll build

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cash Collections Associate to join our Strategic Finance team. You will be instrumental in maximizing cash flow by managing collections activities across Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) regions. This role combines analytical skills with customer relationship management in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Position title: Cash Collections Associate with English (French as a plus)

Location: Prague, CZ

Duration: 12 months + possible prolongation (limited position)

Time schedule: 40 hours/week

* Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment

* Collections Strategy: Develop and execute collection plans for high-value or past-due accounts

* Customer Communication: Liaise professionally with clients across multiple time zones to resolve payment issues

* Reporting & Analysis: Support in cash flow forecasts, and collections metrics

* Payment Processing: Record and reconcile payments received; coordinate with accounting teams

* Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies, billing disputes, and payment obstacles

* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline collections workflows and enhance efficiency

What you bring

* Good written and spoken English, fluency in French is an advantage

* Experience of collections or accounts receivable

* Strong knowledge of AR processes and collections best practices

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet targets in a fast-paced environment

* Familiarity with EMEA markets is a strong advantage

* Experience with ERP/ISP collections software and automated systems is a plus
