Our Accounting & Financial Reporting Hub Germany department is responsible for accounting and ensuring the bookkeeping and accounting processes for the Mercedes-Benz Bank Group.
As a team of the Accounting & Financial Reporting Hub Germany department, we are responsible for the financial closing of Mercedes-Benz Leasing and the associated leasing companies, as well as balance sheet and financial planning. Our team consists of 6 highly motivated and friendly colleagues who are looking forward to your support.

These are the tasks that await you:
* You will support us in data preparation and data analysis in manufacturer leasing and in the development of approaches to optimize our data evaluations
* You will support us in ensuring the quality of the leasing assets in terms of consistent and reconcilable data sets
* Together with your team colleagues, you will support the initiation, implementation and monitoring of necessary data cleansing measures
* You will work on analyzing/reconciling the contract management system and the accounting system, including clarifying the causes of differences
* You will provide operational support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in the area of manufacturer leasing, but also in accounting

Qualifikationen

* Enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's degree program in economics or business administration (preferably also with an IT focus)
* Experience in data analytics is an advantage
* Initial experience in a finance area is an advantage
* Confident handling of MS Office
* Business fluent in German and English
* Fun with large amounts of data and working with Excel and advanced analysis tools, e.g. PowerBI, PowerPivot
* Ability to analyze & solve problems, initiative & quality thinking
* Quick comprehension and affinity for data
* Strong teamwork, communication skills and ability to work under pressure
