Working Student - Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Office (f/m/d)

Join us now as a Working Student in Frankfurt within the Technology function. In this role, you will support our Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Office in driving high-quality project reporting, data excellence, and tooling improvements. You will play a key role in our MS Project Online migration initiatives and collaborate closely with project managers and senior stakeholders.

About the Job

As a Working Student in the Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Office, you will support the team in its daily operational and strategic tasks. Your focus will be on ensuring project data quality, supporting the migration and administration of MS Project Online, and contributing to reporting and governance activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to enterprise project management processes in a global asset management environment.

What you do

* Support MS Project Online administration, configuration, and data management
* Contribute to the 2026 tool migration project, including preparation, testing, and user support
* Conduct data quality checks in Microsoft Project Online, liaising with Project Managers to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Assist in developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards
* Support the preparation of working group meetings, documentation, and presentations for Senior Management
* Collaborate closely with Enterprise Project Portfolio Managers on various operational tasks
* Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices
* Help optimize project portfolio processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you bring

* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office applications
* Knowledge of Microsoft Project Online is an advantage
* Experience with Power BI reporting is a plus
* Basic understanding of AI technologies, principles, and practical application
* Ideally first experience in project management, PMO tasks, or related student roles
* Studies in Business Administration, Technology, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
