About this Position

LOCTITE Pulse is Henkel Adhesive Technologies' digital solution portfolio targeting the predictive maintenance market across various industries. In this internship, you will support the roll-out of innovative IIoT solutions and contribute to establishing sustainable growth for this new portfolio. You will work in an agile innovation unit while gaining valuable exposure to a global business environment.

What you´ll do

* Support the roll-out of LOCTITE Pulse digital solutions across different industries
* Contribute to both strategic and operational tasks, from sales support to developing growth strategies
* Build business cases to demonstrate the value and impact of new and existing solutions
* Assist the Customer Success team in handling customer inquiries, alarm tracking, and reporting to generate measurable success cases and value reports
* Drive rapid prototyping and automation development through vibe coding, leveraging AI tools to build scripts, prototypes, and simple tools while collaborating closely with engineering and business teams
* Analyze markets for smart maintenance solutions and derive relevant insights to enable better data-driven decision-making
* Prepare marketing campaigns and accompany the customer journey
* Partake in implementation projects of IIoT applications, from initial customer contact to activation in the LOCTITE Pulse App
* Identify improvement opportunities in internal processes and derive practical solutions

What makes you a good fit

* Student who is currently enrolled in a business administration, engineering, or a related program
* First practical experience in business development, data analytics, digital solutions, IoT, or related areas is a plus
* Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
* Proactive team player with a structured working style
* Hands-on mindset with a strong willingness to learn
* Interest in digital business models, AI-powered tools, IoT technologies, and innovative solutions
* Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting September 2026 for a duration of six months, ideally

We offer you an attractive salary between EUR 1050-2270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
