Global Service & Parts (GSP) is responsible for the worldwide parts and service business of Mercedes-Benz AG. Get to know the practical side of your legal training and complete your legal clerkship in the HR department of the Global Logistics Center. To support our legal function in all matters of employment law, we are always looking for motivated legal trainees who would like to complete their station (e.g. elective station, Rechtsanwalt II) with us.
Your tasks:
* Active participation in the personnel management and legal team
* Application of your theoretical knowledge in business practice
* Getting to know and actively shaping typical company processes
* Independent preparation of expert opinions and statements on individual and collective law issues
* Support with day-to-day disciplinary measures such as formulating letters and accompanying employees to meetings
* Preparation of measures for cooperation with the works council
* Support and preparation for labor court proceedings
* Assistance with day-to-day personnel management measures

Qualifikationen

Professional qualifications:
* Course of study: You have successfully completed the first state examination in law
* Language skills: Confident knowledge of written and spoken German
* IT skills: Confident handling of MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint; confident handling of legal databases

* Theoretical basic knowledge of labor law, initial practical experience in the field of human resources or law desirable
