Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Regular Analytics: Perform regular analytics and thorough data check, with continuous development of new analytics
* Performance Management: Conduct regular Performance Management activities, in order to analyze trends and generating reports to track progress
* Target Setting: Support Target setting for revenue and further KPIs, forecasting future performance and aligning objectives
* CRM Support: Support CRM - Customer Relationship Management, with data maintenance, reporting and system optimization

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Education: Enrolled in MINT (Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Sciences and Technology), Management, Humanities or similar
* Previous Experiences: Proficiency with MS Office (Especially Excel), Tableau and or similar data analysis tools
* Data Proficiency: Great affinity for data, especially with development new dashboards, data-driven decisions and performance management analysis
* Way of working: Passionate about data analytics, while enjoying working in analytical environments and interpreting data trends
* Language: Fluency in English. German is a plus

Important information:

* Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
* You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
