In IT Marketing & Sales, we drive Mercedes-Benz forward through transformation. We support the digital transformation and ensure that our marketing and sales systems function seamlessly and that our customers are delighted.

The Management Team IT Marketing & Sales Europe acts as a bridge between top management and our more than 400 employees in Europe and the European markets.

During your internship, you will help the management team with internal communication. Your main task will be to support change communication in our division. This means that you will support the development and implementation of internal communication strategies, create content that is effective for the target group and actively accompany the internal change process through communication activities. You will gain an exclusive insight into transformation projects, inspiring IT products and the management levels E3-E1.

These are the exciting challenges that await you:
* You will manage our internal communication channels
* You will support the change communication of our strategic concepts
* You will manage our social intranet community by creating and consolidating content such as blog posts, articles and newsletters
* You further develop our communication concept (new and existing communication formats)
* You prepare virtual and physical events and have the opportunity to moderate them
* You will be actively involved in all relevant areas of the team, such as preparing the content of decisions, preparing and following up on appointments, communication planning and working in the internal editorial team

Qualifikationen

* Enrolled in a degree program in business administration, economics (with a specialization in marketing or data management), media management or a comparable degree program; initial practical experience desirable (e.g. training, internships, part-time jobs)
* Customer-oriented mindset, proactive attitude, structured way of working and strong communication skills
* Creativity, reliability and passion for implementing new ideas
* Confident handling of MS Office (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote), PowerBI an advantage, MURAL an advantage, Confluence/JIRA an advantage
* Business fluent in German and English

Nice to have:
* Knowledge of layout and image editing programs such as Adobe Photoshop
* Competence in digital and IT topics and understanding of data-driven sales and marketing
* Knowledge of IT systems
* Project management skills

Hard facts:
* Internship can start flexibly (July - August 2024)
* Full-time (35h/week)
* Duration: 6 months
* We pursue a hybrid working model that requires temporary presence on site in Stuttgart-Vaihingen
* Please note that you must have a valid certificate of enrollment for your internship
