Hall 9 at the Bremen plant is characterized by the complex production of various Mercedes-Benz models. In order to be able to map this complexity in automobile assembly, a variety of personnel measures are necessary within the 3-shift system. New process developments and innovative solutions are required within this area in particular in order to be able to meet the challenges of a continuously dynamic (production) world.
The "Chassis 1 and Technical Centers" team is responsible for three assembly lines and all technical centers on the upper floor of Hall 9. Together with you, we want to further develop this varied and exciting area on a daily basis.
The integration of the future BEV models in particular presents us with fundamental challenges as a central contributor to the provision of quantity and quality. In order to master these future challenges together and play a key role in shaping the success of tomorrow, we are working with a motivated team and many great people on the necessary cultural change.
You will face the following challenges:
* Development and implementation of digital tools for daily production processes
* Implementing AI analyses and integrating them into tools for permanent implementation in day-to-day production
* Designing and supporting daily production processes within assembly
* Analysis and preparation of decision templates
* Evaluating and preparing data on technical centers and manual processes
* Independent problem solving to increase quality and quantities
* Integration of digital tools and development of innovative processes
* Process design and implementation in the assembly area

Qualifikationen

* Degree in production technology, economics, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
* Proficient in written and spoken German and English
* Confident handling of MS Office
* Commitment and ability to work in a team
* Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
* Structured thinking
* Understanding and management of processes
* Demand for innovation
* Experience in machine learning and/or AI methods
* PowerBI
