Then join our HR Strategic Design team as an intern and help us shape the strategic direction within HR/MO.

You will focus on the following exciting tasks:

Strategy:
* Support with cultural projects and strategic initiatives
* HR project work in close cooperation with various interfaces
* Support in the conception, planning and implementation of communication formats (e.g. DigiCafé, DigiTipp, DigiCircle)
Communication:
* Optimization of internal HR/MO communication via platforms such as social intranet and Microsoft Teams postings, including videos / reels
* Planning and implementation of various events
* Design and implementation of exchange formats for effective cross-location and cross-departmental networking
Collaboration:
* Supporting the assistance function for HR/MO
* Cooperation with international locations
* Developing and coordinating decision papers
* Ensuring the timely completion of tasks and defined measures
* Independently processing and researching inquiries as they arise

Qualifikationen

* Degree in business administration, economics, communication sciences, business psychology or a comparable course of study
* Proficient in written and spoken German and English
* Confident handling of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Quick comprehension and a structured and committed way of working as well as high team and communication skills, confident appearance, initiative and innovative thinking skills
* Ideally, you have some previous professional experience (training, internship, working student activity or similar)

Please note that your internship at this location must include a mandatory component.
