Your tasks
Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship - As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.07.2026:

* Analysis and documentation of existing HR processes with a focus on optimization potential
* Support in developing and automating digital workflows (Microsoft Power Platform: Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps)
* Carrying out data analyses to identify efficiency gains
* Preparation of decision-making bases and presentation documents for stakeholders
* Collaboration in HR tech and digitization projects in an international environment
* Support with project management tasks (planning, coordination, tracking)
* Close team collaboration and presentation of results and solutions

Your profile
You are studying business administration, business informatics, data & analytics, engineering, social sciences or a comparable course of study - or are in the gap year between Bachelor and Master.

You are already in an advanced stage of study and have programming skills.

* You are interested in digital processes, automation and modern tools
* Ideally, you will have initial contact points with digital tools or automation solutions (e.g. Power Platform, Power BI, Power Automate or comparable technologies)
* Ideally, you have initial programming experience, e.g. with Python (data analysis, automation, scripting) or similar languages
* You have a structured, analytical way of working and have personal initiative
* You communicate clearly, enjoy working in a team and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics

Must-Have Skills
* Thorough knowledge of process analysis and optimization
* Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps)
* First programming experience (e.g. Python)
* Profound skills in data analysis
* Understanding HR IT and HR Tech
* Distinctive digital mindset
* Strong analytical thinking
* Clear communication skills, very good English language skills (at least C1) and German language skills at least B2 level
* High solution orientation

Nice-to-have Skills
* First points of contact with process automation (RPA)
* Experience in agile project management
* Distinctive personal initiative
* Team spirit
