Job Description:

* Daily monitoring of sales performance, products and order management
* External marketplace monitoring (shipments, returns, cancellations)
* Monitoring of incidents like customer requests in cooperation with customer service team
* Selection and upload of new products
* Preparation of analyses and reports
* Support for large projects and insights into project management
* Support for integration projects for new marketplaces
* Collaboration with other teams, such as pricing, buying, own labels, customer service or accounting

Qualifications:

* Fluent in English
* Very good command of MS Office (especially Excel)
* Quick comprehension and structured and independent way of working
* Communication and organisational skills, ability to work in a team and creativity
