As an R&D Trainee at VALEO MANAGEMENT SERVICES UK LIMITED, you will contribute to innovative research and development projects, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic automotive technology environment.

Job Responsibilities:**
* Assist in the design, development, and testing of new automotive components and systems.
* Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing R&D projects.
* Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation.
* Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams.
* Participate in experiments, data collection, and analysis.
* Learn and apply R&D methodologies and best practices.
* Support the continuous improvement of products and processes.

Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics) or a related technical field.
* Strong academic record.
* Demonstrated interest in automotive technology and innovation.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., CAD, simulation software) is a plus.
* Good communication and teamwork abilities.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
