About this Position

Join our Global Commercial Excellence team and contribute to a strategic transformation program shaping Henkel Adhesives' future distribution model. Unique opportunity to work at the intersection of digitalization, data analytics, and program management.

What you´ll do

* Support the execution of the Program, including key workstreams and sub-projects coordination;
* Drive data analytics and visualization activities (e.g., Power BI dashboards, KPI tracking, reporting)
* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure structured communication across teams
* Contribute to the digitalization of distribution processes and tools
* Consolidate and analyze global inputs to derive actionable insights
* Support program management activities, including presentations, workshops planning, documentations

What makes you a good fit

* Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Data Analytics or similar
* Experience in data analysis and visualization; ability to translate data into insights
* Strong proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel; Power BI is a clear advantage
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate in a global environment
* Highly structured and organized working style with strong attention to detail
* Motivation to manage complex tasks and program elements independently
* Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
* Fluent in English
