Job Description:

You will work as a support in the fleet management department of (COMPANY NAME) Benelux:
* You are a point of contact for the company car drivers in Belgium and the Netherlands for their requests or questions
* You support the Benelux fleet coordinators in their daily activities, including managing the fleet driver information, preparing presentations, reporting,…
* You support with the implementation of ongoing departmental projects (update of procedures, efficiency improvement projects,…)
* You support the Benelux fleet manager in implementing the mobility & fleet strategy for (COMPANY NAME) Benelux

Qualifications:

You are currently a student pursuing a Graduate, Bachelor's or Master's degree.
You are interested in the mobility sector and fleet management. Preferably, you have gained some working/internship experience.
You possess problem-solving abilities and can handle certain situations creatively.
Moreover you have excellent communication skills, are a team player and you have experience with MS Office.
Additionally, you are stress resistant, and able to work independently and efficiently on tight deadlines.
Fluency in Dutch and English are mandatory, French is a plus.

Additional Information:

If you are a student enrolled in a University/College (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside a university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of EUR 1015,00/month.
- If you want to apply for a voluntary internship, you must be a citizen of the EU or have a work permit in Belgium.
- In case that you need to do a mandatory internship, your University/College must be located in a member state of the EU.
Starting date: As soon as possible 2024
Duration: 6 months
