Intern: Communication, Employer Branding & HR Support

We're looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our team (location: Belgium or remote). This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in communication, employer branding, event organization, and general HR support while working closely with our HR & Communications lead.

🔎 What you'll learn & do

As our intern, you can contribute to a variety of tasks, depending on your skills and interests:
* Content creation for our social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and our internal newsletter.
* Team building support - helping to organize fun and engaging activities for our colleagues.
* Intranet management - cleaning up existing pages, writing new content, and keeping everything up to date.
* General HR support - assisting with onboarding new colleagues, updating employee-related documentation, and supporting well-being initiatives.
* Office management support - helping with practical tasks such as organizing events, coordinating supplies, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
* Ad hoc communication & management support in line with ongoing projects.
👉 Don't worry: we're flexible! If you're more into marketing, you can focus on content and branding. If you're curious about HR, you can explore those tasks too.

✅ What we're looking for

* A student or recent graduate with an interest in HR, communications, marketing, or business.
* Strong writing skills (Dutch and/or English).
* Creativity and an eye for engaging content.
* Someone who enjoys organizing and is detail-oriented.
* A positive, hands-on team player.

🌍 Practical details

* Location: Belgium (on-site Ghent) or remote.
* Flexible starting date and duration (to be discussed).
