IT Network Operations Intern

Your role

Are you detail oriented and motivated to ensure accuracy in processes? Do you enjoy collaborating with both technical and business teams to keep operations running smoothly?

We're looking for an intern to:

* deliver/execute quality assurance standards as a part of global working groups.
* support the processing, tracking, and validation of network related payments and invoices to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
* coordinate with internal Finance and Network teams to support monthly payments.
* assist with operational support for network carriers and vendors in Brazil, ensuring continuity of services.
* support local contract renewals, documentation preparation, and follow-ups with vendors and internal stakeholders.
* act as an interface between Network teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders for routine operational matters.
* prepare, update, and maintain documentation related to network changes, renewals, and operational processes.
* participate in operational initiatives and continuous improvement activities within the Network organization.

Your team

You'll be working within the Network Operations and Implementation team, based in Sao Paulo, supporting carrier management, financial processes, and day to day network. The team is responsible for ensuring a stable and reliable network environment supporting all Brazil Business Units within Infrastructure with all operations, effective local vendor coordination, while working closely with Finance, Procurement, and global Network Engineering team's adherence Global Governance process, Standards and procedures.

Your expertise

* currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree (e.g., Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields with Infrastructure/Network objectives) with graduation expected from December 2027 or after.
* availability to work 100% on-site in Sao Paulo's office and 30h/week
* ideally advanced English skills (writing, listening and speaking) and fluent Portuguese.
* solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets creation/automation, data validation, PowerPoint and Power BI for metrics consolidation and executive presentation.
* strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured processes and documentation with guidance and supervision
* ability to collaborate effectively with technical and finance stakeholders.
* experience in IT environment and familiarity with financial processes will be a plus
