Buscamos um(a) estagiário(a) com perfil analítico, proativo e orientado a resultados, que tenha interesse em atuar com melhoria de processos e suporte estratégico à área.

Mais do que apoiar atividades operacionais, procuramos alguém com potencial para aprender rapidamente, assumir responsabilidades e contribuir de forma ativa para o desenvolvimento da área.
Principais responsabilidades:
* Apoiar a análise e a melhoria de processos internos, com foco em eficiência operacional e viabilidade comercial (uso de IA será considerado um diferencial)
* Realizar interface com diferentes áreas, contribuindo para o alinhamento e o andamento dos projetos
* Auxiliar na elaboração de propostas, contratos e materiais técnicos, garantindo qualidade e consistência das informações
* Organizar e acompanhar fluxos de trabalho, apoiando o cumprimento de prazos e a organização das demandas
* Dar suporte no acompanhamento de negociações, projetos e estratégias junto aos principais clientes da empresa

* Organização e atenção aos detalhes
* Boa comunicação e capacidade de interação com diferentes áreas e níveis hierárquicos
* Interesse pelo setor químico e pela dinâmica comercial
