Your Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for a Pipeline Coordinator Intern to support our Entry Level Hiring (ELH) programs across the United States, including internship and early-career hiring initiatives.

This is a 6-month internship opportunity for students interested in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Data Analytics, and Workforce Planning. The internship may be extended based on individual performance, business needs, and academic eligibility. You will gain exposure to global recruiting processes, work with international stakeholders, and learn how large organizations attract and hire top talent.

Work Model

* Hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office)
* Available in the following IBM office locations:
* Hortolândia, SP
* São Paulo, SP
* Rio de Janeiro, RJ
Key Responsibilities

* Support candidate pipeline management for internship and entry-level hiring programs in the United States.
* Review applications and help identify qualified candidates for recruiter pre-screening.
* Monitor candidate progression through recruiting workflows.
* Maintain pipeline health by identifying aging candidates and supporting corrective actions.
* Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Recruiters to understand hiring priorities and talent demands.
* Generate and analyze recruiting reports and pipeline metrics.
* Support candidate outreach initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.
* Ensure candidate information is accurately maintained within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Assist with recruiting operations, data quality initiatives, and process compliance.
* Contribute ideas to improve candidate experience and recruiting efficiency.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (2nd year or above) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
* Advanced English proficiency, including verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to learn new systems, processes, and technologies quickly.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work with stakeholders across different teams and time zones.
* Curiosity, learning agility, and growth mindset.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).
* Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

* Experience working with Excel and data analysis.
* Experience with AI tools and digital technologies.
* Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
