Responsabilités :
* Assurer la maintenance, le suivi et le dépannage des processus de production de rapports récurrents afin de garantir une livraison ponctuelle et précise des rapports planifiés.
* Gérer de bout en bout les activités de production des rapports, incluant l'exécution, la validation, les contrôles de qualité et l'archivage des livrables.
* Recueillir, documenter et affiner les besoins d'affaires en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes afin de s'assurer que les rapports répondent à l'évolution des besoins.
* Superviser la distribution appropriée des rapports via différents canaux (p. ex. pipelines automatisés, systèmes de diffusion par courriel, FTP ou portails), tout en assurant l'intégrité des données et la conformité.
* Analyser les processus de production de rapports existants afin d'identifier les inefficacités et recommander des améliorations visant à accroître la rapidité, la fiabilité et la convivialité.
* Veiller à ce que la documentation des processus de rapports, des calendriers et des configurations techniques soit complète, exacte et à jour.
* Collaborer avec les équipes techniques afin de soutenir les mises à niveau, les migrations et l'amélioration continue des outils de reporting et des systèmes de données sous-jacents.
Exigences :
* Actuellement inscrit à un programme en administration des affaires, systèmes d'information, analytique des données ou un domaine connexe.
* Bonne connaissance de base du langage SQL
* Excellentes aptitudes en communication, avec la capacité d'expliquer des concepts de données complexes à des publics non techniques
* Esprit collaboratif axé sur l'amélioration continue et la modernisation
* Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit

Work Term: Summer 2026- May 4th through August 28th
Location: Saint-Laurent, QC, CAN - 4705 Dobrin Street (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of recurring report-production processes to guarantee the timely and accurate delivery of scheduled reports.
* Manage end-to-end report production activities, including execution, validation, quality checks, and archiving of deliverables.
* Gather, document, and refine business requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure reports meet evolving needs.
* Oversee the proper distribution of reports across various channels (e.g., automated pipelines, email distribution systems, FTP, or portals) while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
* Analyze existing reporting processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements aimed at increasing speed, reliability, and user-friendliness.
* Ensure that documentation of reporting processes, schedules, and technical configurations is complete, accurate, and up to date.
* Collaborate with technical teams to support system upgrades, migrations, and ongoing enhancements to reporting tools and underlying data systems.
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* Solid foundational knowledge of SQL.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
* A collaborative mindset focused on continuous improvement and modernization.
* Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
