INTERNSHIP: VTE Business Operation & Transformation Associate

Role Description & Responsibilities:
As a VTE Business Operation & Transformation Associate Intern, you will support a fast-growing, startup-like organization within Dassault Systèmes, driving innovation in business models and digital transformation:
* Support the definition and formalization of the VTE business model, including revenue streams, pricing strategies, and engagement frameworks
* Contribute to end-to-end business operations, including revenue allocation, agreement structuring, and performance tracking
* Assist in developing governance frameworks and tools (dashboards, KPIs, communities) to monitor organizational performance
* Participate in data integration and transformation initiatives within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform ecosystem
* Collaborate cross-functionally with business, finance, and technical teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives
* Contribute to documenting, deploying, and optimizing operational processes supporting VTE growth and scalability
Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Business School or Engineering Program preferred)
* Foundational knowledge in finance, program/project management, and business operations
* Basic experience or interest in development within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform (HTML, data transformation, KPI development)
* Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions
* Proactive mindset with strong interest in business transformation and innovation
* Exposure to a startup-like environment within a global organization, focused on innovation and transformation
