实习生项目目的 - 旨在通过提供实际的工作任务与在职培训，使在校学生在完成实习工作的同时，进一步了解企业与工作岗位的职责要求，实现知识积累与实践应用的结合，指引以后的职业选择；
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Provide clerical and administrative support to Engineering department to allow for more efficient operations including not limited to:
* Compile Team monthly news letter
* Enhance the visualization of the team report-out slides
* Team operation data recording, table processing
* Room booking and reminders sending
* IT asset management, inventory and record keeping
* Support team for materials collection and preparation
* Departmental library management
* Responsible for the maintenance of some project management document
* Travel information preparation
* Maintenance of office supplies
* Support team building activities, arrangement
Requirement
* The position typically requires more than 4 months Internship period, More than 4 days per week.
* Good communication skills in Chinese (verbal & written)
* Good Knowledge of working with web/computer-based applications (Microsoft Office), strong Office capabilities (O365 suite, and PowerApps is a plus
* Good capabilities to read and write in English is a must, advanced English skill is a plus but not mandatory
* Ability to multi-task effectively, high attention to detail, and the ability to think Critically, Problem Solver.
* Self-motivated, an excellent team player with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Desired Qualifications:
* Able to build strong relationships with various stakeholders
* Video editing and shooting capability is a plus
