1. PR & PO Management
* Submit and archive PR/PO for marketing-related activities
* Upload supporting documents into systems (e.g. Ariba)
* Maintain documentation compliance
* Estimated workload: 8 hours/week
2. Payment & Reimbursement Processing
* Prepare and submit payment requests
* Maintain reimbursement documentation packages
* Ensure completeness and audit readiness
* Estimated workload: 8 hours/week
3. Showroom Operation Support (Room 2901)
* Support daily operation and basic maintenance coordination
* Track showroom-related expenses
* Coordinate cleaning, equipment upkeep, and basic logistics
4. Sample Management Support
* Handle product sample application and tracking
* Maintain sample inventory visibility
* Support new product launch readiness
* Estimated workload (3 & 4 combined): 8 hours/week
Additional Support (as needed):
* PR/PO tracking dashboards
* File organization and document management
* Meeting notes and basic operational reporting
