The opportunity

Step into the world of professional auditing with EY's Audit Internship Program. We are currently seeking Audit interns to support our team and help our clients meet their requirements by accurately reporting on financial statements and providing meaningful insights into accounting and reporting matters. In return, you can expect leading class learning and development. Your Key Responsibilities:

* Engage in diverse audit projects, including regulatory reviews and business process consultations

* Collaborate with experienced team members, providing updates on project statuses and learning from their guidance

* Ensure audit tasks comply with firm and industry standards, adhering to our policies and procedures

* Build and maintain positive client relationships, aiming to enhance client satisfaction through your interactions

* Promote a collaborative and innovative work environment, sharing knowledge and fostering open communication within the team

* Leverage technology to continuously learn and improve service delivery

What we look for:

* Final year of university education

* Strong academic record including a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field

* Availability to work for most of the week, preferably until spring

* Substantial MS office knowledge

* Excellent communication skills in both Croatian and English

* A detail-oriented and results-driven mindset, with a passion for quality, accuracy, and exceeding expectations

* Ability to travel as required for client and job-related needs

* A keen interest in exploring various aspects of Assurance services
