Job Description Summary
* The candidate will be responsible for performing operations for Patient Support Programs. Responsibilities include activities such as receiving in-bound calls and performing out-bound calls, maintaining patients' information, drafting correspondence, and reporting adverse events. The candidate will take management responsibility for timely follow-up with patients and for the flawless implementation of all IQVIA's patient support program.

Key responsibilities
* Welcoming the patients who are willing to be enrolled in PSP program with verbally consenting them and introducing them to the related program to their disease.
* Inform patients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
* Maintains communication and quality of the program by reporting problems either adverse events related to the products or quality technical complaints accompanied by using the devices.
* Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.
* Capable of instructing others to provide them with a healthier way of life.
* Provides necessary coaching to reduce or eliminate behaviors that are considered high-risk.
* Register new patients on the platform specialized for the program.
* Submitting all patients' complaints whether adverse event or quality complaints accompanied by assigned products of the program.
* Timely and accurate response to patient needs and inquiries, ensuring assistance within the required approved script.
* Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients.
* Maintains safety needs and follows proper communications protocol in case of an emergency.
* Accurately captures patient details following telephone interactions.

Job Qualifications & Other requirements:

- Fixed Shifts for 5 days per week
- Flexibility to work from home (Hybrid Model)
- Internship is for 3 months with applicability to be extended to a FTE based on business need
