The Internship at Medtronic will support and help Acute Care and Monitoring within an assigned tasks on following up orders from hospitals , finalizing all related invoices with customer care and products release .

Internship details:
* Start date: May/June
* Location: Cairo, Egypt
* Duration: 6 months
* Working hours: 40 hours per week
* Work model: hybrid

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Excute sales orders generated by sales team , following up all the related process till the customer receive the goods .
* Supporting in Market related interactions when needed .
* Managing and responding to customer concerns and problems.
* Arranging demonstration of products by field sales representatives.

Required knowledge and Skills:
* Recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical background, biomedical engineering or a related field
* Fluency in Arabic and English
* Good knowledge of MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Eager to learn & develop
* Ability to work with a team, Good communication skills
* Multitasking

Would be a plus :
* Practical knowledge of sales techniques, strategies & relationship building
* Demonstrated ability to work independently & drive results
* Business planning skills
* Acceptable communication and presentation skills
* Demonstrated ability to grasp use of technology & applications (ie., iPad, SalesForce.com, SAP); PC literate
