Talent Acquisition Internship with German language

The Talent Acquisition (TA) team within Human Resources is responsible for promoting a positive image of Dell Technologies and recruiting new people to our global team. We take into account complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners. Alongside forecasting hiring needs, undertaking interviews and conferring job offers, we advise business leaders on the talent strategy and deliver all.

Join us as a Talent Acquisition Intern on our TA team in Bratislava to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

You will:
* Coordinate all formalities related to candidate screenings and interviews for various positions
* Support recruiters with administration and with search for candidates via various channels (job boards, social media, University Relations etc.)
* Work on projects, brings creative ideas and their implementation
* Have limited interaction with hiring managers

Essential Requirements:
* Slovak University daily student
* Fluent English (written and spoken) AND German
* Team player and pro-active approach as well as drive for results
* Flexible approach towards different situations
* Additional language is a plus (German, Italian, French, Nordics)

Desirable Requirements:
* Highly organized personality, being able to set priorities
* Ability to handle stress and multitasking

Salary per hour: 6 EUR
