At Grand Hyatt Barcelona, one of the city's newest luxury landmarks, we are looking for motivated, service-oriented, and enthusiastic students to join our Guest Services - Groups Internship Program. If you are passionate about hospitality, guest experience, and coordinating seamless group stays in a luxury environment, this internship is a unique opportunity to grow within our Rooms Division.
The Guest Services (Groups) Trainee plays a key role in supporting group arrivals and departures, coordinating group reservations, and ensuring that every guest interaction reflects Hyatt's standards of service excellence.

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

What You'll Do

* Assist in coordinating group arrivals, departures, and room allocations
* Support the preparation and follow-up of group rooming lists and special requests
* Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, and Front Office teams to ensure smooth group operations
* Welcome group guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
* Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
* Respond to group guest requests, inquiries, and concerns professionally and efficiently
* Help ensure group requirements are communicated clearly to all operational departments (Housekeeping, Concierge, F&B, etc.)
* Assist with upselling rooms and hotel services according to Hyatt standards
* Support administrative and operational tasks related to group handling and guest services

Who You Are

* Student in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
(able to sign an internship agreement)
* Fluent in English (mandatory) and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
* Service-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
* Flexible schedule, including weekends and shifts
* Available for a minimum of 5 months
* Eligible for internships in Spain/EU
