Descripción del puesto

We are looking for a Sample Room Intern to assist the Office & Logistics manager at our Madrid office for the duration of 6 months. This person would be assisting on the preparation and shipment of Fabric samples (swatches) to our customers, who are Fashion brands.

Be a part of a young international team where you where you will assist to:
* Preparation of textile samples to possible clients (manual task which can include fabric cutting and handling).
* Being responsible for the correct presentation of our fabric samples.
* Familiarize yourself with our ERP system and update stock in ODOO.
* Managing the never-out-of-stock policy for swatches, coordinating the external production of the samples.
* Assist on sending and receiving shipments and its corresponding documentation.
* Showroom management: ensure the correct presentation of the showroom, prepare specific samples and/or products personalized to client visits.
* Supporting the Office Manager to ensure the office runs smoothly, stays organized and is fully equipped.
This internship allows you to work directly with all departments and clients and will provide
an understanding of different facets of the Textile Industry, including knowledge of different
fabrics structures and sustainable fibers.

Perfil

We are looking for people who have
* Someone who is passionate about Sustainability and Innovative materials in Fashion!
* High English level (all communication within PYRATEX is in English).
* A person who loves working with his/her hands and with high attention to detail.
* Someone who is meticulous and dynamic.
* Must have a basic knowledge of Google Suite.
We can only consider candidates who are able to provide an internship agreement through
their Universities and who are in possession of a permit to work as an intern in Spain.
