SKILLS Attention to detail and proactive attitude. Strong organizational and planning skills. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Willingness to learn and develop professionally in the field of Health & Safety. High level of discretion and confidentiality. PROFILE NEEDED MAIN STUDIES: Degree in Human Resources or related field. Master in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) is a plus. Interest and/or basic knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention regulations (considered a key asset). LANGUAGES: Spanish & English Fluent (min. C1). IT TOOLS: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (mainly Excel). EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in a similar role is valuable. AVAILABILITY: For an immediate incorporation IMPORTANT: Possibility to sign an agreement with an official university for 6 months minimum
