Your role

* Provide administrative and operational support to a team of Wealth Management Advisors (WMAs) to assist with the day-to-day management of client service and business activities.
* Participate in presentations, meetings, and training sessions led by Wealth Management leadership to gain an understanding of the firm's industry position, organizational culture, and strategic priorities.
* Develop foundational knowledge of investment products, services, and solutions through participation in internal training programs and presentations from external partners.
* Assist with marketing and business development initiatives, including the planning and coordination of team marketing events and the preparation of marketing materials.
* Support the operations of an entrepreneurial wealth management practice by assisting with business processes, organization, and project-based initiatives.
* Gain practical, hands-on experience in a professional financial services environment while developing core skills such as communication, organization, and teamwork.

You'll be working within a WMA branch office in San Diego California where we provide advice-based solutions. Our financial advisors deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families.

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary for this role is USD 20 /hour.
