This internship offers the opportunity to learn and apply TRACC methodology, engage with frontline teams, and support impactful projects that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. You'll be mentored by experienced leaders and gain exposure to continuous improvement practices in a world-class spirits facility. This is a full-time, paid internship (40 hours per week) designed to provide an impactful summer experience.

Role Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities
* Support data gathering, analysis, and tracking for site performance improvement projects using TRACC methodology (40%)
* Assist in the deployment and sustainment of Focused Improvement initiatives across the facility (20%)
* Support implementation and auditing of 5S and workplace organization standards (15%)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote teamwork and engagement activities aligned with continuous improvement principles (15%)
* Assist with development and delivery of training materials and sessions related to TRACC pillars (Focused Improvement, 5S, Teamwork, etc.) (10%)

Qualifications

Qualifications
* Must be 21 years old at the start of the internship
* Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred rising junior/senior or graduate student)
* Strong interest in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence
* Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
* Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
* Must be authorized to work in the US
