Job Title: Trainee, Digital Marketing & Media
Reports to: Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & Media
JOB PURPOSE:
The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to introduce talent to the world of Luxury Fashion and Media. The Digital Marketing & Media Trainee will support the strategic development and implementation of all Americas media initiatives for the couture division. By working closely with their assigned Department, the Trainee supports the organization's short and long-term objectives through day-to-day tasks and long-term project work. As part of the program, Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop an initiative to improve business results, presenting their project plan to the Executive Leadership Team.
REQUIREMENTS: At least 6 months of prior experience Full-time, 12-month program from July 2026 through July 2027 Available to work M-F, 9-6pm, Friday work from home Strong communications skills both verbal and written Aptitude in working with numbers and analyzing data Excellent proactivity, follow-through, and follow-up practices Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments Must be highly organized, diligent, and attentive to detail Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Design and Visual Storytelling in PowerPoint a plus Must possess positive "can do" attitude and be knowledgeable about the luxury fashion industry
