About the role
Develop a base knowledge on the regulatory environment for products produced and sold in the US. Rotating around the different Reg teams within Core Reckitt, learn the difference between a cosmetic, medical device and OTC drug & understand how Regulatory is a critical business partner.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support completion of NDC audit on DailyMed & provide critical assistance to Regulatory Compliance team on updating ESG information for completeness & accuracy
2. Systems access to TDS for the summer intern, he/she could assist with PCS archiving for the NDC clean-up and assisting with any other supporting documentation.
3. Assist Reg Compliance/PC/VMS/UR & Pain Regulatory teams with any pending projects that require support for state requirements and/or CHPA surveys, etc.
4. Liaise between Regulatory & Safety to help close out any gaps identified as part of particular projects (ex - Corbet) where Safety follow-ups need to be completed - in follow-up to Safety Variations and Gap Analysis Training
The skills for success
Required
* Strong scientific foundation (e.g., life sciences, chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical sciences, or related fields)
* High attention to detail with the ability to review and manage technical and regulatory documentation accurately
* Understanding of compliance and regulatory principles or strong interest in learning regulatory frameworks
* Analytical and critical-thinking skills to interpret scientific data and regulatory requirements
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and cross-functional collaboration
* Ability to follow structured processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
* Proficiency with basic office and documentation tools (e.g., Excel, Word, document management systems)
* Reliability and accountability in handling confidential and compliance-related information
* Interest in consumer goods, retail analytics, or enterprise data strategy
Internship Details
10-week in-person internship program starting May 2026
Pay: $21 -$23 / hr
