Department Overview

VSDS (Vehicle Sales & Distribution Systems) is a strategic IT team for Mercedes-Benz, focused on streamlining sales and distribution processes.

Job Overview

This intern position will work closely with the Mercedes-Benz USA SWT IT Support Team for analyzing/enhancing the current SAP processes set up for SWT SAP System and create/manage documentation, where required

Responsibilities:
* Assist the SWT IT Support Team in conducting business requirement studies.

* Support the SWT IT Support Team in reviewing Mercedes Benz's existing SAP system and provide recommendations and improvements based on features and functions requested.

* Resolve routine tickets by following documented instructions and standard procedures.

* Escalate exceptions or non-routine issues to the appropriate team members.

* Maintain task logs and provide regular status updates for reporting and audit purposes.

Qualifikationen

Qualifications / Education:

To qualify for this internship opportunity, you must be a rising junior or rising senior enrolled in a Bachelor's program.

Preferred concentration of study:
* STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) major

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* Basic knowledge of SAP

* Familiarity with common data and analytics tools (such as Excel or SQL) would be a plus, but not mandatory

* Eager to learn and have strong problem-solving and communication skills

Additional Information

During this 8.5-week summer internship, you will be required to work onsite 4 days a week at our Sandy Springs, GA headquarters.
