Are you ready to kick-start your engineering career and gain real hands-on experience? We're modernizing Estonia's railway infrastructure and are looking for a motivated Project Engineer Trainee to join our team in Tallinn. If you're eager to learn from experienced professionals and work in a dynamic, innovative environment, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a trainee, you'll support our project team in daily tasks and get exposure to real engineering work, such as:
* Assisting with technical documentation and specifications
* Supporting site activities under supervision
* Learning about testing and commissioning processes
* Helping with basic maintenance-related tasks

What we expect from you

* You're currently studying or have recently graduated in electrical engineering, automation, or a similar field
* You're curious about railway systems and open to learning signalling and telecommunication principles
* You communicate well and are comfortable using English and Estonian
* You have an understanding of IT processes
* You're proactive, motivated, and eager to develop yourself

The role includes both office work as well as site visits outside Tallinn. Transportation to the site will be arranged. Working hours are flexible and agreed upon with the team-weekly workload is 40 hours.
This traineeship is a fixed-term contract lasting at least until the end of August 2026, with the opportunity to continue part time afterward.
