KONE Purchasing is a global organization of purchasing and supplier management experts responsible for direct and indirect materials and services sourcing.

We are now looking for a

Summer Trainee, Purchasing

to support our procurement team in daily sourcing and purchasing activities and to gain hands-on experience in a global business environment. This position is located in Hyvinkää, Finland.

Main responsibilities:
* Support purchasing and sourcing activities across different categories
* Assist with supplier communication, data analysis, and reporting
* Help maintain purchasing data and documentation
* Participate in process improvement and development initiatives
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions

What we are looking for?:
* A student in the latter part of their studies in business, economics, supply chain, engineering, or a related field
* Interest in purchasing, supply chain, or procurement
* Good analytical skills and attention to detail
* Proactive, curious, and eager-to-learn mindset
* Clear communication skills.
* Fluent English and Finnish, other languages are an asset.
